About Well Spring

Therapy, in the shape of a home.

Well Spring Intervention is a licensed, staff-secure Level III residential treatment facility where children and adolescents receive intensive clinical care without leaving the warmth of a real home. Our program brings together individual therapy, group therapy, psychiatric medication management, behavioral treatment, and round-the-clock emotional support — woven into daily life so healing happens between sessions as much as during them.

Located in Wake County, North Carolina, we serve young people ages 6–17 who have been placed out of home due to behavioral and mental health needs. Our program is intentionally small — four to six children, one household — so every child receives deeply individualized clinical attention, and every licensed therapist, psychiatrist, and teacher has the time to truly know them.
